BLIMP Bakery is a Capitol Hill micro-bakery offering limited-release collections of cookies and pastries seasonally throughout the year. Each drop is baked in small batches, thoughtfully designed for the season, and offered online for preorder with scheduled local pickup.
How ordering works

3. Pick Up on Capitol Hill
Collect your order during the scheduled pickup windows on April 3-4 near 12th & D St NE.

Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Extra large, bakery-style chocolate chip cookies made with browned butter, dark chocolate chunks, pastel M&Ms, and a hint of flaky sea salt. Each cookie is baked with crisp edges and a soft, chewy center, with rich caramel notes and melted chocolate throughout.
Packed in a gift-ready box and baked in small batches. Perfect for sharing—or keeping to yourself.
